RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return and refund policy?
Items eligible for returns are accepted within 15 days from date of delivery. To initiate a return, please send an email to: cs@solch.com. Shipping for all returns, provided they are approved, are free of charge. Please read our RETURN POLICY for more details.
What is your exchange policy?
If you receive any product that is damaged, we will offer you a replacement free of charge. Please send an email to: cs@solch.com and provide details and we will be happy to help process your request. Please read our RETURN POLICY for more details.
ORDER & SHIPPING
How do I cancel or edit my order?
Please email us at cs@solch.com with the subject “Order Cancellation”. We will try our best efforts to make this attempt. Unfortunately orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped cannot be cancelled.
How can I check the status of my order?
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. And upon shipment, you will receive another email with shipment information including tracking number.
What payment forms do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Paypal, ApplePay, GooglePay, Venmo and ShopPay.
Do you accept gift cards?
Yes, we do accept gift cards as a form of payment. You can purchase them here.
Where do you ship your products?
We ship to all countries that are serviced by FedEx and DHL. Please note that for international shipments (outside US), we cover the shipping cost only, excluding customs duties and local taxes.
How long does it take for my package to be delivered?
For orders within the US, it will take 3-7 business days. For orders outside the US, this can vary depending on your location. You may contact cs@solch.com for tracking update.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping is free for all orders. For international shipments, customs duty and other charges will be collected upon delivery.
