Shipping policy

SOLCH ships to anywhere in the world that is serviced by our courier free of charge with no minimum order requirement. The cost of duty and other fees not covered by our courier's shipping rates will be paid by you.

Delivery shall in any event take place within 30 days after SOLCH has sent you the Shipment Confirmation. SOLCH reserves the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order. The delivery options described above are the only shipping options available for sale through the SOLCH website. SOLCH is unable to accept any special delivery requests, which are outside the scope of these two options.

If SOLCH cannot deliver your order within the period specified in your Shipment Confirmation, SOLCH will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to cancel your order, in which case SOLCH will provide you with a full refund. If you choose not to cancel your order, SOLCH will endeavor to deliver your order within a reasonable period.
